After your appointment, most dentist will add the details of your appointment into the Bento Dentist Portal, which you can view instantly in your Bento Dental app. The payment method on file will be charged the pre-negotiated rates on all services.
Some dentists may request payment outside of the app. They should explain how you are receiving the Bento rates. If you have any questions about your bill, call us at 1-800-734-8484 and we can review with you.
