What to do if I notice an error on my bill for my Group Access Plan?

Sometimes dental practices can make a mistake when billing. If this happens to you, Bento is here to help! After an appointment you will be notified in your Bento Dental app to review your receipt. If you notice an error, respond “no” to the question “Were these services performed?” directly in your Bento mobile app. A Bento team member will be informed, and a case will be opened.

Patients can also contact Bento at (800) 734-8484 and a support team member will assist you in opening a case with your dentist.
