Patients can locate their Bento Member ID at any time on the top left corner of your digital membership card in the Bento Dental app. The Bento Member ID is a 9 digit number following the letter B. For example: B123456789.
To find the ID of your covered family members, click on the “View Covered Family” button in the digital membership card in the Bento Dental app (as shown below).
You may also find you and your families Member ID’s in the email(s) that you received from Bento after you completed signup.
If you do not have the Bento Dental app, go to bento.net/members, choose your plan type, and fill out the form to request an ID card.
