How do I enroll in my employer's plan through the Bento Dental app?

Have DOB and SSN ready for yourself, spouse, or any dependents being added. This information is used to verify identity. See here for more information about identity verification.

1. Download "Bento Dental" from the App Store/Google Play Store.
2. Sign up for a Bento account. You can use your email of choice.
3. Tap on the "Enroll in an available benefit" button
4. Tap on the enrollment for your Company
5. Tap on "Enroll Family Member"
6. Manage Family
7. Add your spouse/dependents to be covered
8. Go back from Manage Family
9. Make sure the dependents you want to be covered are toggled on
10. Press Back
11. Press Enroll
