What do I do if a non-Bento dentist wants me to pay upfront?

Some offices may require you to pay for services up front. Don’t worry, Bento can reimburse you directly.

Please send your receipt or statement after your appointment to support@bento.net. A Bento representative will work to complete your reimbursement. You will receive a reimbursement check within 7 business days after filing. 

If you need assistance when at the dentist call Bento, at (800) 734-8484, and we will be happy to speak to your dental provider on your behalf.
