What do I do if a non-Bento dentist wants me to pay upfront?

Some offices may require you to pay for services up front. Don’t worry, Bento can reimburse you directly.

Please upload your receipt to bento.net/members. Choose your plan type and then select Submit a Receipt. A Bento representative will work to complete your reimbursement. You will receive a reimbursement check within 7 business days after we confirmed your claim information.

If you need assistance when at the dentist call Bento, at (800) 734-8484, and we will be happy to speak to your dental provider on your behalf.
