Can I get an EOB from Bento?

If you are a Bento member, you already have access to all of your receipts and previous activity in the Bento app. If you are an Out-of-Network provider and wish to receive an EOB for services you have performed, please call Bento (1-800-734-8484) or email smile@bento.net.
