Member Portal Instructions

  1. Sign In

  • Go to and enter the email and password you use to sign in on the mobile app.

  • If you do not yet have an account on the Bento App, click let’s create one for you on the sign in screen.

2. Create a New Account

For now, only patients with an existing employer plan can sign up for an account via the portal. If an individual tries to verify an email not associated with an existing patient record, they will receive the following error:

We do not currently have a Bento member with that email address. Please call us at (800) 734-8484 for help resolving the issue, or to learn about how to become a member.”

  • Enter your email and click “Send verification link”. You will receive an email with instructions on setting up your password.

3. Click the “Confirm your email” button in the email you receive.                                                                                

4.Provide your last name, date of birth, and then set a password.

(Password requirements have been updated to require a minimum of 8 characters comprising upper- and lower-case letters and numbers. This impacts any new passwords or passwords being changed moving forward. Passwords set prior to the change that do not meet the requirements will not be mandated to be changed.)
