How do I create my Bento Dental App account?

To create a Bento Dental App account

1. After you receive your Bento Member ID, download the Bento Dental app for iOS or Android
2.  Click “Sign Up” and choose the HealthShare/DentalShare option
3. Enter your email and create a password
4. Add your personal information, member ID, and payment info
