Integrating your Practice Management Software with Bento [Resource Links]

Regardless of which PMS you use, you will always want to add Bento into your system as either a "New Insurance Company" "In-House Plan" or a new "Payment Type" to the patient's record. 

Additionally we suggest creating a note, flag, or prompt as a reminder to launch the Bento Portal to view the patient/family payment method on file and complete the payment transaction. Bento's payout and service reporting make patient ledger reconciliation a breeze.

Bento is not an insurance company, however, if your practice management system requires a payer identification number, please use "Bento0." Eaglesoft users also reported using 06126 for companies without IDs.
